As we approach the end of the year, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to support your health and safety program and compliance needs over the last 12 months. I’m fortunate to work with incredible clients doing meaningful work, including yourself and I’m grateful to play even a small role in helping your business stay safe, compliant, and protected.
2025 has been a year of change for many businesses – mine included. Despite shifting industry and global conditions, one thing has remained constant: the resilience and determination of my clients and colleagues I work with. It’s something I value deeply, and I want you to know, we are in this together and I’m here when you need me, even if it’s simply to connect over a cup of coffee.
On a personal note, family continues to be a strong motivator. Cameron (our son) inspires me to build and grow a business he can one day be proud of. My wife has officially joined the administrative side of the company, making this a true family business. In addition, I have welcomed consultant, Rasveen Kaur, to help service clients and keep projects moving forward, and partnered with Your Virtual Connections, to help increase efficiency and elevate our client experience.
2025 Highlights
This year brought exciting developments including:
- Online Training Options: Through my partnership with The Safety Cat, clients can now access a growing suite of online courses covering key health and safety topics.
- Expanded Services: Continued access to specialized training through strategic vendors (e.g., Working at Heights, Swing Stage), plus workplace assessments such as noise, air quality, ergonomics, lighting, and more. I am improving these offerings to increase my value to clients as we move forward to be a one-stop for my clients.
- Improved Digital Infrastructure: Microsoft 365, continues to support streamlined document sharing and accessibility and real-time updates. Additional IT security measures were also implemented to minimize downtime and protect client data.
- Workflow Automation: Ongoing automation of administrative tasks and reporting is helping expedite project timelines and prioritize client-focused work.
- New Clients & Knowledge Growth: Working with a broader range of industries has strengthened my knowledge base and enabled me to develop and introduce new services.
- Client Referrals & Networking: Your referrals remain the foundation of my business, and I’m grateful for every introduction. I take my service levels with the utmost importance and seriousness to ensure my clients get the service they have come to expect. I’ve also maintained my involvement in the Niagara Chambers (Grimsby, Lincoln, West Lincoln, Fort Erie, Niagara Falls, NOTL, Welland/Pelham, Port Colborne/Wainfleet), Niagara Industrial Association (NIA), Milton Chamber of Commerce, West End Home Builders Association and BNI, creating opportunities to share resources, insights, and referrals back to clients.

- North Star HR Solutions, SH Consulting Group and The HR Company for HR services
- Stayin Alive with First Aid, CPR and AED for First Aid/CPR/AED training.
- JA Evans Fire Protection, for fire safety & inspection services
